Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2, 2026
These Terms of Service are a working launch draft for RosterRounds. RosterRounds is provided by Mereth OPC. They should be reviewed by legal counsel before broad commercial rollout.
1. Service
RosterRounds provides software for staffing agencies to create open shift offers, send shift-related text messages to workers in controlled rounds, process coded replies, and maintain operational audit records.
2. Customer responsibilities
Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of worker, site, credential, schedule, and contact data they provide to RosterRounds. Agencies must have the right to contact workers and must keep opt-in records for shift-related SMS communications.
3. SMS messaging
RosterRounds may send operational shift offer and scheduling messages on behalf of participating agencies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Workers can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where supported. Messages may include this footer: Powered by RosterRounds by Mereth. Agencies must not use RosterRounds for unrelated marketing messages.
4. Pilot availability
Early access and pilot features may change as the product is developed. Mereth OPC may limit, suspend, or modify access when needed for security, compliance, deliverability, or operational reasons.
5. Fees
Pilot pricing is described on the pricing page or in a separate written agreement. Fees may include a monthly subscription, setup fee, and future usage-based charges.
6. Data and privacy
Use of RosterRounds is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Agencies should not upload sensitive data that is not needed for staffing, eligibility, messaging, or audit workflows.
7. No guarantee of shift coverage
RosterRounds helps agencies contact eligible workers and process replies. It does not guarantee that a shift will be filled, that a worker will attend, or that an agency will meet any client obligation.
