Is this a per-user or per-seat fee?

No. It's a flat $99/month per agency. Up to 75 active workers are included.

What does setup include?

Worker and location CSV import, eligibility configuration, message template review, a test run to verify SMS delivery, and guided onboarding. Setup is included at no cost during early access.

Do workers need a smartphone or app?

No. Workers reply to SMS using any phone. The claim code (e.g. YES 4821) works with basic text messaging — no app, no login, no data plan required beyond standard SMS.

What if a worker replies too late?

Late replies are logged in the audit trail and the worker is notified that the shift is already filled. The workflow is designed around first-qualified-reply assignment so two workers cannot claim the same shift.

Can we bring our own phone number?

Early access uses toll-free SMS numbers. Agency-owned numbers with full A2P 10DLC registration are on the roadmap after launch.
