This Privacy Policy is a working launch draft for RosterRounds. RosterRounds is provided by Mereth OPC. It should be reviewed by legal counsel before broad commercial rollout.

We may collect agency contact information, account information, worker contact details provided by agencies, site and shift details, SMS message records, inbound replies, opt-in and opt-out records, billing identifiers, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide RosterRounds, send operational shift-related messages, process worker replies, maintain audit trails, support agencies, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal or compliance obligations.

3. SMS consent and mobile numbers

Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are used to send operational shift offer and scheduling messages. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent for third-party marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Workers can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where supported. Messages may include this footer: Powered by RosterRounds by Mereth.

4. Agency-provided worker data

Agencies are responsible for providing accurate worker data and maintaining appropriate consent or other legal basis to contact workers. RosterRounds processes worker data to support the agency staffing workflow.

5. Service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, messaging, payments, analytics, storage, and support. These providers are used to operate RosterRounds and are not permitted by us to use customer data for unrelated purposes.

6. Retention

We retain operational records, message logs, opt-in and opt-out evidence, and audit events as needed to provide the service, support customers, and maintain compliance evidence.
